Through the solidarity fund of the IPS group (SOLIPS) set up in October 2003, FUMOA is actively involved in taking care of workers suffering from AIDS as well as in voluntary testing and prevention programs to fight HIV, malaria and tuberculosis.
FUMOA is also involved in other social actions such as:
- Distribution of impregnated mosquito nets to all staff before the wintering period,
- Establishment of housing cooperative employees,
- Construction of a refectory,
- Establishment of a mutual health insurance,
- Organization by employees of two blood donation days per year.
